Kev (Best Man)
This pic sums up everything you need to know about Kev: he’s straight-up, good times. Oh ya, and he lives in Toronto and is really good at “computers”. He’s the youngest of the Fisher brothers but we all think he’ll be the most successful. You can’t eat that whole deep fried double-decker sandwich can you….oh! oh! he’s going to do it!
Kev and John have been all over the world together and have been best buddies since the start!
Rob (A Good Man)
Don’t let his award-winning dimples fool you, Rob can best be described by that mischievous look in his eye…yup, that’s the one. As the oldest Fisher brother, he paved the path for the other two…proving such things as late night 7-11 employees will only sell you taquitos if you speak French and, the roof of a GMC Jimmy can support the weight of at least one person.
Rob and John are true brothers in arms. They have a long history of inside jokes, silliness, and international “whatsapp” calls.
Stu (Quite A Good Man)
Stu is always very surprised! He and John have worked about 10 feet apart for over a decade making them the most unlikely duo since Owen Wilson and Jackie Chan. Stu is a connect-four champion, UFC aficionado, and just loves shrimp (he often bids on shrimp at auctions). Also - Stu once described his life as a giant game of “Sorry”.
Stu is as stand-up as a guy gets. He’s sharp, honest, and a stoic family man. John considers himself lucky to be considered “part of the family”
Duncan (Also A Good Man)
Why is Duncan standing in the river in his business suit? Because someone told him not to!
John has also worked with Duncan for over a decade and has personally witnessed Duncan’s finest signature moves such as…”the purse”, the “scoop and hammer”, and the “Falkor” (Yaaaa). Most of you will see some combination of all three at the reception.
John respects Duncan for his loyalty, intelligence and willingness to pretty much try any sport/activity that the two of them dream up. A true brother from another mother!
Colleen (Maid Of Honour)
1991 was a big year. Seinfeld debuted, Leo Dicaprio turned 17, and it marked 174 years since the beloved novelist Jane Austin died but, most importantly …Colleen Toohey came to earth! Despite being the youngest of the Toohey siblings, she is definitely the loudest and is always eager to engage in a debate about credit docs and Pride & Prejudice. Her compassionate and vibrant spirit inspire everyone who meet her, to want more of her!! Megan (The Littlest Maid)
Good things come in small packages and Megan is the smallest of them all! Allie loves Megan for her compassion, and her innate ability to bring laughter and love everywhere she goes, but mostly to Allie.
Megz also likes to fire it up- Terry and Deaner style. When she’s not shotgunning beers, you can find her shredding the gnar at Sunshine, listening to Fleetwood Mac and talking ‘bout Dr. Eeeeeevvvvil. #megoallie #hunna #soulsista
Katie (The Angel Maid)
Meat and cheese? Yes, please! Katie never met a charcuterie board she didn't like. Beyond Katie and Allie's gastro connection (don't ask about the cookie dough), they have been together for everything from tweenage makeovers, travelling Europe and everything silly and hilarious in-between.
Katie's blessed with the gift of gab, and as the loudest voice in the group she's typically cracking the joke or find the humor in any situation. This, coupled with her gift to truly listen, give her a gravitaional pull that makes everyone want to be with her! #STW #thaaaankyou #angel #bcg
Alyx (The Beauty Maid)
If you have ever seen the movie Flight, you'll know that pilots know how to have a good time, and Alyx is no exception...just ask her about getting HK'd! All kidding aside, Alyx's vices are red wine, reading, recycling and exploring this earth with Kobe her canine!
Alyx and Allie have been besties for a long time and have traveled, partied, and had lots of girls nights (see above re: red wine). Alyx inspires everyone to follow their hearts, she is a compassionate adventurer with a soul for the earth, and the people in it. #HK #coloursofthewind #angel #bcg
